Have you ever been overwhelmed with the busy life, the traffic, or the glamorous light of Bali’s beach clubs?
We offer a quiet stay in the village, away from noises and the rushing hour
Beyond the chic cafes, glamorous beach clubs, and group workouts, there is a different Bali. A quieter one. A slower one.
We live simply here. Our days move quietly. We weed for the cattle. We collect firewood. We forage for wild greens at lunchtime. There is no rush. There is no schedule. This is just life, lived at its own pace.
The house is called SEENAU.
In Javanese, Seenau means learning. In Balinese, Nau means feels like home. We chose this name because it holds both meanings. This is a place where we slow down long enough to learn from the land and the life around us.
This is our humble space for you to comfortably stay and learn from our village community. It is a place to sit with the wisdom passed down by our ancestors. You wake up and see what the village is doing that day. You choose whether to join, or not. You learn, quietly, just by being here.
We hope Seenau becomes that for you. We hope it becomes a comfortable place to learn. We hope it becomes a place that feels like home.
You are welcome to join us in whatever the day brings. Walk with the neighbors. Lend a hand where it feels right. Sit quietly and observe. Ask questions. Take anything you can learn here and carry it with you.
The village is open. And so are we.
